Job Title: Quality Manager
Reports to: Plant Manager and/or General Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Responsible to oversee quality system;
manage various quality professionals including engineers.
Responsible for full implementation of quality
Responsible to request and do quality system revising
Responsible to meet all customers
Establish, plan and communicate quality’s short term and long term objectives in addition to quality system requirements
Maintain effective lines of communication with all departments to achieve the organizations goals.
Interface with customers and suppliers on quality related issues
Validate the root cause, determination of complaints
Verify the use of appropriate control plans for parts manufacturing
Participate in all the processes of Quality Management System requirements
Represent the costumer in the Business Unit
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)
General– High level of leadership and teamwork
Specific– Deep knowledge in Quality Assurance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS (DESIRABLE)
General Deep knowledge in ISO/TS 16949 and IATF
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree in applicable field
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
EXPERIENCE & OTHERS
Experience with BMW and familiarity with BMW quality standards, processes and procedures required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience of Supervisory or Quality management
Experience in automotive Tier I manufacturing environments.
