Director, Human Resources

Director, Human Resources ISC Human Resources Director for the Integrated Supply Chain of this company. The company business has *****B in sales with sites in the Americas, EMEA and APAC. The DHR will lead HR strategy and execution for the supply chain and operations teams across the company sites consisting of 1500 employees. The DHR will have a team consisting of 5 direct reports. Position will report to the ISC Director of Human Resources. Focus areas are operations talent upgrade, change leadership, and the development and implementation of integration and globalization activities. Partners with clients and regional HR Leaders to ensure employees are engaged in our plan for growth and business objectives are achieved. Provides a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives to include talent management (assessment, acquisition, development and redeployment), organization effectiveness (change management, leader effectiveness, organization design), and employee engagement (communications, employee relations, facilitation of rewards and recognition, employee involvement). Position involves facilitating solutions to employee and leadership issues; developing and implementing HR strategy, policies and processes; and proactive development and coaching of leaders. · Drive and deploy procedures and policies in all areas involving HR systems. · Responsible for organization assessment and upgrading the talent through strategic staffing and developing pipeline talent. · Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations. · Demonstrate Honeywell core values and foster Six Sigma and Learning initiatives. · Ensure a systemic and integrated approach to Human Resource solutions. · Partner with Sr. ISC Leadership in achieving organizational goals. · Foster atmosphere of teamwork and development within HR team. Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferred. A concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training, or related discipline preferred. At least 9 years progressive professional Human Resources experience including prior leadership/management roles is required. Global HR experience desired.
